Fantastic day in spite of the weather....lost our outside balloons within the first hour but people still managed to find our location. From all accounts all of the Studios were very, very busy. Thank you to everyone who stopped by today....

All the artists are busy putting the final touches on their Studios. Our Tour has a special feature that is different than a lot of other tours.... all our locations are actual Studios... as matter of fact that is one of our criteria ... you must show your work where you create unless you are a guest artist. So all of the locations are where an artist works!

Encaustic painting

Dean Axelson

It is with sadness that we announce the loss of one of our Tour Members. Dean Axelson passed away on Monday after a courageous battle with cancer. A visitation / reception will be this Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Chapel Ridge on Woodbine Ave. (just south of 16th Ave, on the east side).

Our deepest sympathy to Dean's family.
